Halls Head

To ensure the Bali feel, the house has steep roof pitch. Outdoor living is a big feature with this home and it boasts a swimming pool with infinity-edge in exposed aggregate concrete. A verandah wraps around the pool with hardwood decking surrounds and exposed aggregate concrete. Large stacker doors on the house open out to the pool area to allow seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Inside, the bedrooms are located on the first floor, and on the ground floor, there are large living/activity areas to maximise the entertaining space, along with high raking ceilings in the main living area with a feature double-sided stone clad fireplace. This same stone cladding is used on the external front piers to enhance and unify the design.
